We have 12-foot ceilings, a glass storefront that floods the room with natural light, and double doors that open straight to the patio.

    • Capacity: up to 75 guests

    • Hours available: [Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 10 PM]

    • Photo and film shoots: $125 per hour, 2-hour minimum

    • Events and parties: $150 per hour, 4-hour minimum

    • Classes and workshops: $85 per hour, 2-hour minimum

    • Full-day bookings (8+ hours): 10% off

      A 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due before your booking. Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days ahead, and a deposit credit toward a new date if you cancel within 7 days.

    • Smoking outside only

    • Music and noise end by 10 PM

    • BYOB welcome. We don't sell or serve alcohol

    • Outside food and catering are welcome

    • Please don't touch or lean on the artwork

    • Leave the space tidy and take your trash with you
